Yesterday was a great headache free day. Had lunch at Ruth Chris' and ate way too much but it was great!
During a recent news migraine alert I found the following article http://headaches.about.com/b/a/257468.htm. It talks of dangers of Acetaminophen is found in name products Tylenol and Excedrin. Certainly a scary thought for myself, as if you have read my other post I live by them. What if stopping migraines by using drugs causes other health problems for me later on down the road?
